Olivares del Acequión was founded in 2008 with a clear vision: to combine knowledge, innovation, and environmental responsibility into a long-term agricultural project.

Hectares

Trees

At the foot of the Andes Mountains, we cultivate 800 hectares of olive trees in a desert region known for its wide temperature ranges, low humidity, and well-drained soils—ideal conditions for olive growing.

These natural advantages, paired with precise technical management, allow us to produce healthy, high-quality fruit—perfect for crafting premium extra virgin olive oil.

"With strong local roots and a global outlook, every decision we make is guided by our commitment to the land and to responsible, forward-thinking production".

Our Estate

We manage over 700,000 olive trees across our estate and process our oil using solar energy, supporting a cleaner and more efficient energy model.

Olive by-products are reused as biomass to heat the on-site production facility, significantly reducing waste and emissions.
From the field to the final product, our operation is built to minimize impact while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Varietals

Arbequina

Smooth and mild, with fruity notes of almond and green apple. A balanced oil, low in bitterness and astringency—ideal for fresh dishes, salads, fish, or baking.

Picual

Robust and bold, with a distinctly herbaceous character and a peppery finish. High in natural antioxidants, this oil is perfect for cooking, grilling, and dishes with depth and intensity.

Coratina

An intense, structured oil originally from southern Italy. With pronounced bitterness and pungency, it offers high polyphenol content and great stability. A choice for consumers who value strong flavors and nutritional density.

Arbosana

Medium intensity, with a fresh, complex aroma. Notes of green herbs, almond, and fruit. A versatile, balanced oil for everyday use—whether raw or in light cooking.
